Female Fitness Sessions

These female only fitness sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities. 

​

The pay as you go sessions means you are not committed to a weekly workout if you can't make it, but if you do want to commit we can offer an early bird discount rate for paying a full term in advance.

​

Classes are Monday - 6.00pm to 6.30pm and Wednesday 6.45pm to 7.15pm.
