Penny is the principal and founder of Foot Fusion School of Dance, established in 2006. Trained in IDTA Ballet, Tap, and Modern under Fiona Carratu, she continues to refine her skills through regular training.

Teaching children and young adults is her passion, and she has taught across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, including roles at Tiptoe, Stagecoach Derby, and various primary schools. In 2015, she moved Foot Fusion into its own dedicated studio in Derby city centre.

She has led Foot Fusion students to perform at Disneyland Paris (2015, 2018, 2024) and numerous competitions. A passionate performer herself, Penny has appeared in musicals, theatre productions, and dance showcases across the UK and Ireland.

Penny takes immense pride in the growth and achievements of her students, many of whom have gone on to pursue professional careers in dance and the performing arts. Watching them develop in both skill and confidence is one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.

Beyond dance, she is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys coaching and training.
